AgencyBloc’s use and transfer of information to any other app received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Storage
AgencyBloc uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run AgencyBloc. Although AgencyBloc owns the code, databases, and all rights to the AgencyBloc application, you retain all rights to your data.
California Privacy Rights
We will not share any personal data with third-parties for their direct marketing purposes to the extent prohibited by California law. If our practices change, we will do so in accordance with applicable laws and will notify you in advance.
Disclosure
AgencyBloc may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
