Job Description

In this influential role, you will have a deep understanding of business and industry trends along with customer needs, specifically related to our digital marketing product line. You will provide oversight of the product line, from building the business case, and understanding customer requirements through release, while driving toward positive ROI. This role will be pivotal in pushing the lifecycle of the product from the initiation of the idea, getting it into the pipeline, and then seeing it through.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a product roadmap and strategy which is aligned to the product vision.
  • May oversee more than one product in a given time period.
  • Visualize long-term goals.
  • Set the price and increase profits of the products.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences.
  • May help in the product promotion to customers.
  • Administer customer market research, working with key stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into operational requirements. 
  • Interact with customers to determine needs from our product, gathering requirements on what they are seeking, and bringing it back to management stakeholders to make it happen.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our digital customer experience, while identifying and filling existing product gaps.
  • Identify market opportunities and product/market fit through customer research and industry insights. 
  • Act as a key spokesperson for product strategy and direction.
  • Be a thought leader who can define and articulate the key external trends in healthcare and SaaS offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of Product Management Experience at a SaaS organization.
  • Deep understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and implementations.
  • Understanding of User Experience concepts.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to varying audiences.
  • Experience developing and performing product discovery process, including working directly with customers.
  • Ability to work within an Agile environment.
  • Experience advocating for a Product Management Process.
  • Experience creating Product Positioning statements and developing go to market plans.
  • Insurance/Healthcare knowledge preferred.
  • Experience managing others preferred.
