Growing technology company seeks an Engagement Specialist to serve as a bridge between marketing and sales efforts. This is a full-time, key position that enhances marketing efforts and supports sales success and also interfaces with other departments inside the company. Assist in the development of sales opportunities for the Sales Team, including reaching a minimum benchmark of 50-60 outbound calls daily to warm, nurtured leads provided via marketing efforts.
Perform high-level system tours in a group webinar format.
Assist with proactively moving qualified leads through the sales and marketing funnel via phone-based initiatives.
Ensure all leads are captured, accurately recorded, tagged, and maintained using our CRM and marketing automation platform.
Answer incoming sales calls, route them to appropriate sales rep, monitor automated call tracking system, and enter appropriate notes per call.
Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns (email and other) to target segmented lists.
Work with the Sales and Marketing Teams to provide status updates on initiatives and support all active projects.
Input and maintain sales tracking records that drive reports and metrics.
Maintain sales training manual and document new procedures as needed.
Cultivate and provide customer references to the Sales Team as they are requested.
