Growing technology company seeks experienced Client Success Specialist. This key client-facing role is responsible for ensuring client expectations are met with regard to products and services. In addition, this role will focus on growing additional sources of revenue and product reach within accounts. Our company provides an online software solution that helps insurance agencies increase efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, control costs, and stay competitive. Responsibilities of this position:

Develop and manage client relationships across an assigned regional territory.

  • Client Success Specialists are experts on the AgencyBloc product
  • Conduct client product training sessions via web meetings and conference calls
  • Work with clients and internal business partners to gather project requirements and coordinate with technical support to ensure setup and implementation of products meet client expectations
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests and coordinate with internal business partners to ensure client satisfaction
  • Proactively engage clients, and work closely with account base users to verify they are trained and effectively drive adoption of the product on a consistent basis
  • Analyze assigned accounts, identify main decision makers to determine growth areas for additional products, and create and assign those opportunities to appropriate sales person
  • Ensure department metrics are achieved including goals for client satisfaction and revenue
  • Analyze, design, and implement new processes and procedures to maximize efficiencies
  • Achieve high rate of renewal across assigned customer base
  • Train new success specialists Actively participate in weekly departmental meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum three years experience managing account relationships
  • Specific examples of previous experience developing relationships and exceeding goals
  • Proven track record of establishing credibility with key clients and accounts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized and efficient
  • High level of comfort with technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated by the opportunity to be part of a fast moving, entrepreneurial team
  • Experience supporting the insurance industry strongly preferred
