Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven, client-minded marketer to drive product adoption and engagement within our client base. You will be in charge of developing, implementing, and analyzing campaigns that encourage AgencyBloc users to take action to receive the most value for their organization - examples include using a specific functionality, requesting a training session, attending an AgencyBloc event or webinar, asking for a demo of our commission module, and/or adding users.

In addition to product adoption, this role will encourage engagement with the brand overall through client educational campaigns, client communications, user meetings, and online interactive opportunities. This newly-created role will reside on our marketing team, will work primarily with our Client Success team, and will collaborate with members of our product team for more technical content.

Responsibilities of this position:

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Develop campaigns that drive our user community to adopt functionality that drives the most value - thus, increasing renewal rates and organic account growth
  • Contribute to and manage the creation of individualized, automated content based on various time-based and behavior-based triggers
  • Manage and contribute to the strategy, execution and communication plans for client events, including our annual User Meetup and weekly live webinars
  • Collaborate with onboarding specialists in order to develop campaigns and programs that will enhance our clients’ onboarding experience
  • Grow new “leads” defined as clients interested in adding additional current and future options to their subscription
  • Generate qualified-leads for training sessions to be conducted by our Client Success team members
  • Participate in the development of all client-facing communications and work in coordination with other teams to provide a consistent brand experience
  • Track, measure, analyze and report on the performance of all campaigns and activities. Use this information to continually refine adoption processes
  • Explore new ways to engage and provide more value to our client user base


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of relevant work history
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Change management experience and a proven ability to influence customers’ actions through written, well-timed content
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and client relationship management software in order to nurture (using dynamic workflows) a long-term relationship
  • Technical skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, marketing automation campaign management (ex: experience using CS software, Infusionsoft, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Personal characteristics include flexibility, adaptability, resilience, positive attitude, collaborative nature, self-starter, humble confidence, ability to “translate” thoughts among various groups of people and be a bridge across teams
