Job Description

We’re seeking an outstanding individual to direct, manage, and grow our quality assurance team and discipline. The Quality Assurance Manager will be a member of our product development team and will be responsible for managing our quality assurance team and processes to ensure that we are building and delivering a product that meets our high standards.   • Acquire a deep understanding and passion for our product and services and how our clients benefit from them
  • Recruit, hire, direct, and lead a quality assurance team of analysts and engineers to meet the needs of our growing product
  • Architect, create, and manage quality assurance strategies and processes for automated, manual, performance, and regression testing based on best practices
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze metrics to measure product quality and team effectiveness, and propose adjustments to achieve project objectives and product team goals
  • Support and promote high standards of ongoing skill development for the quality assurance team
  • Actively participate in product team leadership meetings to shape team structure, processes, and manage capacity
  • Build valuable partnerships across the company and collaborate with product managers, UX designers, UI designers, developers, and the quality assurance team to ensure and increase the quality of the product


  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of software quality assurance engineering experiences, preferably for responsive web-based applications
  • ISTQB Certified or equivalent preferred
  • 2+ years of experience building, developing, and motivating high-performing quality assurance engineering teams
  • Comprehensive foundation in software quality assurance testing and management practices such as test planning, test execution, risk assessment and measurement
  • Proven work experience in software development, quality assurance, and test automation
  • Exceptional knowledge of Agile software development practices, testing methodologies, manual and automated testing processes, tools, and frameworks
  • Willingness to dig in and lead by example by helping the team execute on initiatives if the need arises
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong risk assessment and prioritization skills
  • Self-guided, goal-oriented, and lives for quality
