Job Description

We are looking for a Client Success Manager familiar with the life and/or health insurance industry to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Client Success Manager is responsible for guiding new clients through their initial implementation, conducting ongoing training, and managing the relationship in a way that increases the value clients experience with their AgencyBloc subscription. 

This key client-facing role requires strong time and project management skills, the heart of a teacher and a love for solving problems.  If you are driven by creating a valuable experience for clients, familiar with account management software (CRM), and have a flair for client communication, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities of this position:

  • Client Success Managers are experts on the AgencyBloc product and how the system can be used to help our agencies achieve their business objectives
  • Develop and manage client relationships during the initial onboarding period, ensuring high successful completion rates
  • Conduct client product training sessions via web meetings and conference calls
  • Work with clients and internal business partners to ensure setup and implementation of their account meets client expectations
  • Identify and maintain relationships with main decision-makers in which you identify challenges and areas of opportunity
  • Analyze client and product usage data to design and implement new processes and procedures that maximize account retention and revenue growth
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure department metrics are achieved including goals for client satisfaction and revenue 
  • Analyze, design, and implement new processes and procedures to maximize efficiencies 
  • Participate in team chat channels to ensure we are utilizing the team’s collective knowledge
  • Actively participate in weekly departmental meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of SaaS training/account management experience or life and health insurance industry experience. AgencyBloc experience desired, but not required
  • Specific examples of previous experience developing relationships and exceeding goals
  • Proven track record of establishing credibility with key clients and accounts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized and efficient
  • High level of comfort with technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
