Job Description

We're seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst that will play a key role in leveling-up how our customer-facing organizations leverage data to accelerate revenue growth. This role will develop and contribute to a revenue-focused analytics platform and help automate the reporting and visualization of metrics to help the executive team and other leadership become more proactive in our business decisions.

The Revenue Operations Analyst will work directly with leadership in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support them in operating and scaling efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth, along with a very collaborative and fun work environment. You will work under compressed deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment that demands flexibility, high quality work, and creativity.

Responsibilities of this position:

  • Build out centralized revenue-focused analytics dashboards in a BI tool to help accelerate our revenue growth
  • Provide dedicated, advanced analytical support to the Revenue organizations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Support) and establish strong partnerships with internal customers
  • Provide visibility into metrics that impact the full lifecycle of our customers, from marketing lead through customer acquisition and beyond
  • Provide valuable insights


  • Broad knowledge of commercial and operations fundamentals
  • Skilled at working with large, disparate data sets
  • Working knowledge of BI Tools
  • CRM (ChurnZero, Hubspot) report building experience (intermediate)
  • Basic Project Management skills
  • Well organized with superb time management skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced data analytics skills (model building, reporting, forecasting, etc.)
  • Proven ability to communicate cross-functionally
  • High attention to detail
  • Motivated by the opportunity to be part of a fast moving, entrepreneurial team
  • Experience in the insurance industry strongly preferred
