Job Description

The Implementation Specialist will have a thorough knowledge of the health and life insurance industry and group benefits, as well as strong project management skills and a passion to guide new, multi-user accounts.  This requires the ability to become a subject matter expert on the AgencyBloc suite of services including AgencyBloc AMS and the FormFire quoting and enrollment products.  The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring high product adoption rates in the first 3-6 months and reinforcing how these systems can be used to help our clients achieve their business objectives as they expand their usage of the AgencyBloc suite of services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage objectives, tasks, training schedule and timelines during initial and potential future (if purchased by existing clients) onboarding period, ensuring high successful completion rates for AgencyBloc’s highest revenue accounts
  • Conduct individualized client product training sessions via web meetings and conference calls.
  • Work with various client stakeholders and internal business partners to ensure setup and implementation of their account meets client expectations.
  • Ensure department metrics are achieved including goals for onboarding completion, product adoption, expansion, and retention.
  • Respond to training requests and join client calls as requested by the Key Account Managers, to deliver training, education, and consultation that effectively drive adoptions of the product.
  • Work collaboratively with Key Account Managers to ensure each customer experience with our team adds value to the relationship.
  • Participate in team chat channels to ensure we are utilizing the team’s collective knowledge.
  • Actively participate in weekly and monthly departmental meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills/education/experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or closely related field desired and three to five years relevant experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of SaaS training/account management experience or life and health insurance industry experience. AgencyBloc & FormFire experience desired, but not required.
  • Specific examples of previous experience developing relationships with C-Suite customers and exceeding goals.
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing credibility with key clients and accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to turn data into decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized and efficient.
  • High level of comfort with technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Position-specific security roles and responsibilities for handling PII and PHI:

  • This role has System Administrator access in the FormFire application or database that exposes access to ePHI and ePII.
  • Immediately report suspicious or unauthorized visitors, activity, system access, or use of PII or PHI to your manager, or the Incident Management Hotline.
  • Immediately report any real or perceived data security incidents involving PII or PHI that may have been compromised.
  • Participate in and complete all company-provided security awareness and HIPAA compliance training as assigned by the established deadlines.
  • Ensure that you are clear on what your roles and responsibilities are with respect to handling, processing, and protecting PII and PHI.
  • Do not access any PII or PHI that you do not need to perform your job duties.
  • Read, understand and follow all provided policies and procedures.
