Job Description

We’re seeking a highly-motivated self-starter, with a hunter-mindset to join our New Business Sales Team.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for producing new revenue by identifying, sourcing, and closing good-fit prospects. You will be a trusted advisor and use your understanding of your prospect’s pain points to recommend the proper solution. 

This position offers an excellent sales opportunity, along with a very collaborative and fun work environment. You will work under compressed deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment that demands flexibility, high quality work, and creativity.

As a member of our Sales Team you will be supported by our Marketing and Revenue Operations Teams.

Responsibilities of this position:

  • Perform outbound prospecting activity (30-40 per day) to generate, manage, and grow a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Handle all aspects of the sales effort from prospecting to closing to Customer Success handoff
  • Ensure all leads are captured, accurately recorded, tagged, and maintained using our CRM and marketing automation platform
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Ability to guide customers through a complex decision making process
  • Be able to maintain a clean pipeline and accurately forecast revenue
  • Support on-going product and market development
  • Be able to represent AgencyBloc in various company or industry functions
  • Stay informed on industry and competitor trends



  • 2+ years of SaaS B2B selling experience
  • 4-Year College Degree, but will consider Sellers with equivalent experience
  • 1+ years experience in a self-prospecting new business sales role
  • High level of comfort with technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills (Written and Oral Communication, Listening)
  • Collaborative and coachable mentality
  • Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejections


  • Knowledge of Health and Life Insurance space
  • Prior experience selling to multiple personas across all sizes of insurance agencies
