Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Professional Services Specialist with expertise in VoIP solutions to join our Professional Services team. You will be pivotal in assisting our clients in formulating and executing effective VoIP strategies tailored to their business needs. Your responsibilities will encompass guiding clients through the setup process, configuring accounts to meet their objectives, and managing the phone number porting procedure. You'll also be responsible for collaborating with other teams for training, offering best practice advice, and ensuring a seamless transition to our AMS+ VoIP technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the successful adoption and utilization of VoIP solutions among our clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique VoIP needs, requirements, and workflows.
  • Offer strategic guidance and recommendations on configuring and customizing VoIP systems to align with client’s specific business goals and workflows.
  • Provide comprehensive setup and relevant documentation to ensure clients fully leverage VoIP features as necessary.
  • Provide expert insights and advice on best practices for optimizing VoIP setup and utilization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your knowledge and experience to deliver insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer support, and product development, to advocate for client needs and drive continuous improvement in VoIP offerings.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and VoIP service providers, advocating for clients' interests and facilitating resolutions for escalated technical issues or service disruptions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to VoIP technology.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or closely related field desired and three to five years relevant experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working in VoIP solutions, with a focus on strategy development, account setup, or a related role.
  • Thorough understanding of VoIP technology and its applications in various business contexts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working with technology and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced entrepreneurial team environment.
