Insurance Agency Technology in 2018
Seventy-four percent of insurance agencies are now utilizing some kind of software, whether it's a generic CRM or an industry-specific AMS. Each year we conduct research via a survey to find out the technologies agencies are using to improve their operations. Findings from our survey suggest that, in 2018, agencies will be moving to industry-specific software to better manage their book of business, more efficiently track and process commissions, and will continue to devote resources to digital marketing and automation.
