Is It Time to Upgrade My Tech?

We’re wrapping up another year and setting our New Year’s goals and resolutions. We know that you’re always looking to improve, grow, and mature, so what’s on your list of goals for this next year? Making those decisions can be difficult and time-consuming. If you’re not sure where to start, here are some resources that might help:

Now, let’s ask the big question—are there any big technological upgrades on your list? Or are you on the fence about whether you’re ready or not? Let’s go through some reasons why you may want to take the plunge and upgrade to a new industry-specific Agency Management System (AMS).

  • You’re still using paper files. If you are successfully managing your business through paper files, then my hats off to you. However, the truth of the matter is, the vast majority of those still using paper files or even Excel files to manage their business aren’t being as successful or efficient as they could be. If you can’t definitively monitor the growth of your agency, see who your top producing agents and carriers are, and view the status of all of your policies, then you need to consider a platform with visual real-time analytics. These graphs can help you visualize the health of your agency and will aid you in making smarter, more informed business decisions.
