One personal goal for myself in 2017 is... to pick a local non-profit for our family to donate time/energy towards. What a great way to spend time together!

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... to create more efficiencies within our operations to maximize effort on tasks that truly matter.

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... our staff continues to be dedicated to one another and the success of our clients—there is no end to what we can accomplish!

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... explore new campgrounds with my family!

One personal goal for myself in 2017 is... to finish more projects instead of starting new ones.

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... to gain a deeper understanding of our customers and their needs. We often get focused on building 'stuff'. I want to make sure the 'stuff' really supports the business processes of our clients.

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... we're working on some important projects that will make our clients more successful. And our team is fantastic!

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... take a trip with my family to celebrate my parents' 40th wedding anniversary!

One personal goal for myself in 2017 is... to lose 50 lbs (goal to lose 30 lbs in 2016 did not work out so well).

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... to listen more intently to Adam-Obi-Wan Lewis-Kenobi's predilections.

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... there are much bigger things to come, and we have the talent and dedication needed to get us there.

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... to get in one last family vacation—looks like Iceland here we come (genetics gone awry, not my call!). And, certainly excited to hold our second grandson in my arms when he arrives.

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... to increase the velocity of our sales & marketing momentum.

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... to explore the Cedar Valley!

One personal goal for myself in 2017 is... to master the Amazon Echo—the super cool holiday gift from AgencyBloc!

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... to learn more about the Health and Life fields in which our clients work to help understand their needs with using AgencyBloc.

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... the team! Yes, it's the easy answer, but it is true. AgencyBloc has a great team atmosphere and we all enjoy working together to create a great product.

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... to travel locally. My wife and I would like to eat at different restaurants around Iowa we hear about, but in locations we would not normally drive. Explore Iowa 2017!

One personal goal for myself in 2017 is... to take at least one family vacation.

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... to continue to grow my knowledge and apply that knowledge to help improve the AgencyBloc platform.

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... we are in a stage of growth where we are able to bring in new people with new perspectives on how to make our already great product even greater.

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... play more golf!!

One personal goal for myself in 2017 is... to enjoy the little things and be in the moment. I feel like I'm always going 24/7 with work and raising our girls and managing a household.

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... to knock the socks off our Sales Goal. Also, work smarter not harder.

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... given the growth of our teams, product, and client community over the last several years, how can you not be excited to see what 2017 holds?! I'm just excited about AgencyBloc—period.

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... taking 3 kids ages 9 and under on a 15 hour road trip this spring break. I think I'm excited?! I used to love road trips growing up.

One personal goal for myself in 2017 is... to stop sweating the small stuff (or at least be better about it). I envy those who are naturals at taking things as they come instead of worrying about what's next.

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... to truly find my design style. I want to make every piece of content I create into an easily digestible, yet visually appealing piece.

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... every year gets better and better. Since I started, we've added a bunch of fun-loving, hardworking people who are great to work towards our exciting goals with.

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... welcome our first child into our household. I'm due February 20th, so you could say I'm getting pretty anxious!

One personal goal for myself in 2017 is... to develop my woodworking skills (and toolbox) to build a few practical/useful items.

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... to build smart audience segments that allow us to promote our content and product to the right people at the right time.

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... this is a group of positive and fun people who make work enjoyable. It's nice to see our team, our product, and our client community change and grow year-after-year.

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... get married!

One personal goal for myself in 2017 is... to spend more time in 2017 reading, running, and writing.

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... I'd like to hone my content and UX skills so I can continue to help support and improve experiences for users of AgencyBloc.

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... with everything that's happened at AgencyBloc in 2016, I am excited to see all the ways we will grow and continue to help insurance agencies.

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... my wife and I bought a house in 2016 and there are several small projects we'd like to tackle in 2017 to update and improve our house. We are kind of HGTV junkies and enjoy thinking through all the things we can do to improve our home.

One personal goal for myself in 2017 is... to take better care of myself. Better eating habits and exercising. And hopefully lose a few pounds in the process!

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... to keep working on various projects our team has come up with to help both our agencies and ourselves. We've got lots of great ideas, now is the time to get them implemented!  

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... there are so many things I love about my job and my coworkers. So not only do I get to spend my days with great people, I also get to be a part of the growth of this company. It's all very exciting! 

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... redecorate a few rooms in my house. Shhh, don't tell my husband!

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... to learn more about the insurance industry to increase proficiency helping clients use AgencyBloc as a tool to grow their agency.

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... this company gives me the opportunity to continue to grow and improve in a fun atmosphere among fantastic people! 

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... going hiking!

One personal goal for myself in 2017 is... to consistently hit my Fitbit goal...or figure out a hack so my dog can get my steps for me.

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... to continue to grow my knowledge of the industry and marketing to help grow our resource offerings.

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... we have a ton of fun while continually adding client wanted features to our software & creating great resources.

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... teach my baby to walk—then regret that because nothing in the house will be safe anymore! :)

One personal goal for myself in 2017 is... to make more time for myself, those I love, and hobbies that make me smile like expanding my garden and eating/making more hummus.

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... to to grow in my writing and create beautiful videos that provide value and motivate our audience.

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... 2016 was my first year with the team and I've never met people more dedicated to the growth and service of their clients. Plus, they're a heck of a lot of fun to be with everyday!

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... explore the natural beauties of Iowa. Maybe learn to throw pottery, that'd be cool.

One personal goal for myself in 2017 is... to try to live a healthier lifestyle both physically and spiritually.

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... to be a problem solver. I want to be able to understand the obstacles to goal achievement and immediately respond to those obstacles and resolve them.

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... being a part of AgencyBloc in the short time I have been here has been an awesome experience. I want more awesome in my life.

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... to go to some sporting events in either Iowa City or Kansas City now that I am back in the general vicinity.

One personal goal for myself in 2017 is... to work out more and eat healthier… which might mean eliminating donuts from my diet.

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... to continue increasing my knowledge within AgencyBloc and working with my team to expand the scope of our reach to our clients.

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... I enjoy the company culture and people who work here. And let’s be honest, who wouldn’t want to be part of the AgencyBloc team?!

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... going to Mexico at the end of January!

One personal goal for myself in 2017 is... to remember to write 2017 on all of my checks instead of 2016...

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... I've been transitioning from a career in embedded software development to a career in web development. This is my last semester, and I am looking forward to having free time and regular sleep again.

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... as an intern, AgencyBloc has been great to me. They've been flexible, and the work is challenging enough to make me grow, but not too challenging that I get frustrated.

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... right now, I am all about finishing school, but when that's over I want to get back into carpentry again. My sister doesn't know it yet, but I'm going to build her a cat tower that would make even Rube Goldberg say, "Isn't that a bit much?"

One personal goal for myself in 2017 is... to read one book every month. (Oh, and eat less candy/treats, I've got a worse sweet tooth than Buddy the Elf).

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... to continue to soak up all the information that I can from my more experienced colleagues.

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... the passion and determination that our team has for this company is infectious, and I'm excited to see us grow and be better at what we do.

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... travel! I've got a few things/places in mind to see and do and hopefully I can get to experience them!

One personal goal for myself in 2017 is... to pack and bring my lunch to work more! That way I don't have to run home or go buy lunch.

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... to make the project/bug testing process as efficient and effective as possible (sort of an ever-evolving process, but I would like to set aside time to write and document more test plans that can be re-used).

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... AgencyBloc has grown so much since I started 8 months ago! The Des Moines office moved and we have added a few new faces to the AB team since I stared (including my neighbors Salesman Steve, the Bexter, Product Team Dave, and AgencyBloc Josh)! AgencyBloc has such an amazing office culture. Cannot wait to see what 2017 brings!

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... go to Spain with a long-time friend of mine (who also happens to speak fluent Spanish) sometime in August/September!!!

One personal goal for myself in 2017 is... to expand my knowledge of heuristics and methodologies used in sciences.

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... to produce code that makes people say 'Wow!' often.

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... just look at the product road map; there's going to be lots of cool stuff to work on and lots of features that will help our product grow immensely.

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... travel and explore new places.

One personal goal for myself in 2017 is... I've been contemplating the possibility of beginning to think about starting to adopt some new habits that might be considered a bit more, "grown up" ... (ie. paying attention to finances, decreasing junk food intake, incorporating exercise, organizing the house)

One professional goal for myself in 2017 is... to create beautiful code using cutting edge technologies that works seamlessly and efficiently ... or, maybe don't break anything.

I'm excited to be a part of the AgencyBloc team in 2017 because... the AgencyBloc team is amazing! The entire team is passionate about continually generating increasing value to our clients, through support, education, and designing/developing new features/functionality. The energy and commitment to excellence is refreshing!

The most fun thing I hope to do in 2017 is... I love relaxing! I hope 2017 provides numerous opportunities for me to chill out with my husband, family, and friends.
