How Were AgencyBloc Intelligence Features Built?

Every technology provider out there is talking about AI right now, but fewer are saying how they got there. Here, it starts long before we start building: through our Client Engagement Program, we research alongside real agencies, test working prototypes, and gather feedback from the professionals who know the work best.

From there, features move through the stages, which you see labeled above. Alpha means we're releasing an early, functional version to a small group of clients so we can learn further with real agency use. Beta means the feature is further along, but we're still gathering feedback that may shape final adjustments before wider release.

  • It depends on the feature. Client Snapshot is available to all AMS+ clients now — the Beta tag means we're still refining it, not that access is limited. Voicemail Activity Generator is available for current clients on our Elevate or Scale plans. Ask AMS+ is currently in Alpha with a small group of clients, and we'll be expanding access over time.

  • Alpha means a capability is in its earliest, most limited form — available to a small group of clients while we learn from real use. Beta means it's further along but still being refined before wider release.
