The release marks the first delivery on the AI vision the company set out at its BlocBuilder 2026 conference in April.

AgencyBloc Intelligence, AgencyBloc’s engine behind all AI capabilities within its solutions, is embedded into the features agencies already use every day and designed specifically for the workstreams and compliance realities of health and benefits insurance. Rather than relying on general AI tools that operate outside their core systems, agencies can now work with AI directly inside AMS+, where their client and policy data already lives.

The following AgencyBloc Intelligence capabilities are now available to AMS+ clients:

  • Client Snapshot (Beta): Delivers on-demand highlights of a client's AMS+ data when agents need it.
  • Voicemail Activity Generator (Beta): Generates a suggested next step for the agent to review, then records it directly on the client's record. Available to Elevate and Scale customers.
  • Ask AMS+ (Alpha): Enables agents to find information in AMS+ using plain language, with answers drawn from data already in the system.
