It's super exciting to sell to a new client knowing you're helping them meet their needs or goals. But don't let the excitement end there. Keep the relationship going strong with constant communication, showing you genuinely care about questions or concerns your new client might have.
How can you do this? The best way to maintain meaningful communication with all of your new clients without a lot of time or effort on your part is by setting up an automated email campaign.
Automated email campaigns can be set up as drip campaigns or based on triggers/behaviors. In the example I'm going to show you, the campaign will automatically begin with a trigger: the client going from "prospect/lead" status to "client" in your agency management system. Then, the campaign will continue to "drip" over a period of time. This example is based off Steve Anderson's "9 Touches in 90 Days", but you can use any time period that better suits your clients or that feels right to you.
