Efficiently and securely store your agency’s book of business.

Your insurance agency houses a lot of important, sensitive data, so it’s crucial to have a database management system that secures that information and can support you from anywhere.

When you partner with AgencyBloc, our experts first identify the best course of action to migrate your data into our industry-specific agency management system (AMS). From there, AgencyBloc’s powerful security measures and partnership with a leading cloud storage solution help keep your data safe, so you can focus on what’s really important: your business.

AgencyBloc takes database management seriously. We are continuously upgrading and improving security measures and encryption capabilities. We are also building smoother migrations to help you get going sooner and become a lifelong Member of The Bloc. To learn more about the transition to AgencyBloc, check out The AgencyBloc Experience.

Cloud storage in AgencyBloc

Secure Cloud Data Encryption

Data encryption is the process of securing your data regardless of whether it’s in transit or at rest. All data and attachments in our industry-specific agency management system (AMS) are written to multiple locations instantly, backed up numerous times throughout the day, and stored in multiple physical locations—even our backup location has a backup.

Moving data from a storage facility or on-premise location to a cloud-storage solution is mapped via a data upload or import. Once you become an AgencyBloc client and migrate your data, your information will automatically be stored in the cloud. The migration runs via a custom migration or .CSV spreadsheet import.

Data Security & SOC 2 Type II Report

AgencyBloc has successfully completed its System and Organization Controls 2 (SOC 2) audit and received its SOC 2 Type II report, demonstrating AgencyBloc’s priority of keeping its clients’ data confidential and secure.

System and Organization Control (SOC 2) is a long-term audit, conducted by independent auditors, that studies a company’s data processing systems to determine whether adequate security measures and controls are in place. The SOC 2 Type II report verifies that internal controls and processes meet or exceed the security requirements.
